I lately wanted to make a slight adjustment to the angled a part of a mitered dovetail. I opened the joint sufficient to get a mill file by means of it, after which utilized a strip of blue tape to the facet of the file that I didn’t wish to reduce. Subsequent I inserted the file and pushed the joint towards it. The tape let me trim only one facet of the miter whereas sustaining the proper angle, producing a flawless match.
